New to me 2014 F350. Working on some items, one of which was replacing the front dome/map lights. However, when the key is switched to the on position with the engine running or not, the front dome lights flash at about 1-second intervals. Rear dome lights work properly. Where should I start troubleshooting?
Flashing dome light indicates there are trouble code stored in the BCM. Use a good scan tool like FORScan or blue driver to read all the system codes and figure out whats going on.

Looks like you found the problem. Either somebody tried to program the module and didnt do it correctly OR the BCM has failed internally. I would check for water leaks near the BCM, the check powers and grounds. if that all that checks good, you will need Ford IDS software to attempt to re-flash the BCM.

Could this be the result of the delete and tuning? I’m sorry if that’s a dumb question. Besides this being my first Ford diesel, I’m old and ignorant of the process.
