Interior lights
Then the battery saver relay (R304) might be bad. It controls: Running board and Roof rail lamps, Vanity mirror lamps, Map/Dome lamp, Glove box lamp, Cargo area lamp, Outside mirror puddle lamps, Instrument cluster (interior lamps)
It's built into the main fuse box. You have to disassemble the fuse box to repair it, or just replace the whole fuse box. BTW, 15-amp fuse #24 is what feeds the relay so make sure that fuse is good and making a good connection.
If your glove compartment light and the under hood lights work then the problem is the interior light relay (fed by 15-amp fuse #21) instead of the battery saver relay. Unfortunately the interior lighting relay is built into VSM (vehicle security module) and you would have to replace the module and reprogram keys and FOBs into it. Maybe not keys but definitely the FOBs.
