I have a 1988 f150 302. About 2 weeks ago, I topped off the tank with 87 like I always do. When I went to start it, the motor spun longer than normal before starting, and it idled pretty rough at about 300-500 rpm for a few seconds before stalling. I started it again and had to use the gas pedal to keep it alive. I drove it home with no more problems. It wouldn't start or idle at all without me giving it a little gas. I replaced all of my vacuum lines because they were brittle and breaking. I also took off and cleaned the IAC and EGR valve. After doing that it would idle for about 15 seconds before shutting off. The power steering pump plug was halfway unplugged and dirty so I cleaned it and plugged it back in and for some reason that helped it idle a little longer, but not much. Now it won't start unless I give it some gas, hot or cold. It will not idle when cold at all, but after warming up for no more than 5 minutes, it runs perfectly. I only have 2 engine codes, KOER codes 12 and 13. "RPM not within self-test upper/lower limit". I do not know what else it could be. I don't think that it's a fuel problem since about a year ago I replaced the fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump, and cleaned the injectors. Any input is appreciated.
Unrelated to the problem above but my brake light/hazard light fuse blows pretty often. About once a month or so. It only started doing this about 6 months ago so I don't know what's causing this. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't my brake lights. Any info on this is also appreciated.
