I looked at this '93 e250 RV with a 351 in it the other day.
didnt have much time, but i got this video of a knocking sound in the engine bay.
its much louder on the driver's side.
its pretty fast at idle and it seems to vary with rpm.
its only got 90k miles on it. oil pressure and temp are good.
anybody want to speculate on what this is?

That ain't a rod knock, its much louder than that, I have experience there, pull the engine cover and listen in there.
I am going to see it again tomorrow. will update. i also need to figure out how bad the roof rust is. there is white overspray on the pop top seal it looks like somebody tried to hide it.
Hard to say. Can you test drive it and check how it sounds under load?
Im gonna check it out again tomorrow and actually drive it. thank you.
it sounds to fast to be a knock to me. would have to be multiple cylinders seems unlikely
