Remote started the truck
It started just fine and then a few minutes later it turned off. So I hit remote start again and it started but the engine was surging and after maybe 30 seconds ot leveled off and kept idling. Anyone else experience this?
Gas tank is full. 22 F250 7.3. It's about 25F

I tried starting my truck remotely early in the week. Temps were in the low teens. It started and then started running rough and shut down. I didn't try to start it again. I started it normally this morning and the engine ran great but I noticed the check engine light was on. Drove about 30 miles with no problems. Ford Pass shows several Service Engine Soon warnings that say "Engine Control System is unable to control fuel system pressure as expected". I will be checking with my dealer next week but wonder if the check engine light will clear by itself or will require a service visit.
