Is there a little clip or bracket of sorts that is used to mount the headlight/wiper switch light to the bezel? I imagine there is but wanted to double check before heading out on a snipe hunt. It would attach the light to the tab on the back of the bezel.
if anyone has a pic they can share it would be appreciated. A part number would be even better. Thank you!
This is what’s on my ‘73. Not sure if that part number is for the clip itself or the whole light assembly or if that’s a part number at all. Those “Bs” might be “8s”. The clip is scratched up and hard to read. I didn’t get a hit on the web searching for what my best guess at the part number was. The clip is welded to the light socket so it might be the whole assembly.
I call it the headlight and wiper "legend lens" light. I mailed one of them to a FTE member just the other day. If you know where to reach under the dash, of course the dvr side up and around and above the headlight switch and the wiper switch, any 73-79 should have one. If you can not find one, PM me.
Thank you for the responses. This looks very similar to the ash tray light. I’m going to do a bit of poking around for a new one. If I can’t find anything I’ll reach out.

Deadbuck,
I'm also looking for the clip that goes to the instrument cluster dash bezel behind the left side. I'm located in kentucky and will gladly buy it from you and pay for shipping.
