I'll attempt to be brief lol Bought the EX two yrs ago and changed Oil cooler due to OIl contamination in Degas tank. was fine for a couple weeks then had long hard start when Hot, then eventually No start . Performed air leak test through ICP port on passenger side of engine and had some leaks, Replaced Stand Pipes and Dummy Plugs,Back driving again then a week down the road No LOw Oil Pressure. Changed out HPOP with Motorcraft HPOP,along with new ICP and IPR. From the appearence of both wireing harnesses i could tell I was'nt the first at repaiars,So I went ahead and re[laced both Wireing Harnesses as well. It started fine after some cranking and seemed to run well except for turbo performance . Pulled it back into my shop turned it off and has'nt started since. Using X-Gauge I finally achieved FICM power 48,9 volts FICM Sync 0 IPR 14.7 ICPV 5.0 Thats with KOEO/ When I crank the motor the FICM Power wil read 49,51,53 volts FICM Sync 1 IPR jumps to 84.7 and ICP reads 9229. Now herer is where i made a BOO BOO in checkin my FICM power under the hood I arked the power screw to casing,,Now i still have FICM Power/FICM Sync/ICPV/IPR

But im now getting a P068 code GPCM 1 to PCM communication error, All glow plugs are in perametor,all read 07-09 Ohms. Changed out the GPCM and still get the same code,,I plugged in my Autell Scanner and getting the P068 code Question DID I TOAST MY PCM and where is the best place to get it repaired I understand that being an early 04 Ex best to repair thn to replace. any help would greatlly be appreciated If you read this to the end Thank You
