Sync 3.4.23188 will not extract

Sync 3.4.23188 will not extract
Don't really see another area where sync stuff appears to be.
But anyway has anyone downloaded and extracted the sync update 3.4.23188? Had this issue last month and the truck finally updated over the air. Tech support person said it was a known issue then. Fast forward to my replacement 2021 f250 desiring the same update and the issue persists. This time tech support did not refer to it as a known issue but did the usual troubleshooting - different browser, clearing cache and cookies, etc Still reports as invalid file or some variation thereof when attempting to extract with file explorer or full version of winzip.
For grins was going to move/copy the file to a thumb drive and take it home to try on another computer and it generates a message indicating the file is one of a multi-part archive.
