Excursion Gauge Lights

So recently installed a US Speedo Daytona gauge face. I figured while I had it out I'd do the back lights too and started with a set of red LEDs. After getting it back in the only lights I had were the blinkers and right side gauges. Put some regular bulbs back in with the same results. Interestingly, had a speedo light work momentarily on the way to work Saturday.

So now my challenge, what I need help with, is going to be powering the gauge lights while they're out of the truck. Which plug(s) and which wires are my back light's power and ground? Any tips and guidance appreciated.

Sorry I thought all that had been updated to show up. 2005 Excursion 4x4 6.0L. Interestingly it's a 2004 dash match.

When you pull the cluster, look at the large plug or plugs, there will be a lightblue/red wire in one of the slots. That is the illumination wire. Count over how many slots, that should be it. You should be able to follow it on the circuit traces, and it should hit just about every bulb on the circuit board for illumination.

Cool. Thank you Sir. I've got to wait for the subfreezing weather to end, but will update when I get there.
