Sync 3 update issues
I am confused.
I just got a 2017 Expedition. The SYNC system a 3.0 running software version 2.0 Build 16074_PRODUCT.
When I attempt to download the latest software from the Ford.com site, I enter my VIN and select to download. The ZIP file is corrupt and will not 'unpack'.
How do I update my vehicle's SYNC equipment?
