Where to find parts for 45 1&1/2T

Just aquired a 45 ford 5G 1-1/2 Ton truck. It runs and drives. looking to restore it to as near original condition as I can get it. About 25 years ago my dad restored the same model, but sold it to a local feed mill for parades etc. Where is the best place to look for parts such as wiring harness, brakes etc? I find a lot of aftermarket hot rod type harnesses, but is there anywhere that builds oem style harnesses with the original fabric sleeves etc? This truck was a burgundy color and doesn't appear to ever have bee repainted which is a neat change from the green often seen. It was bought new for a large commercial orchard in NJ.

YnZ Yesterdays Parts for original wiring. Not cheap for excellent quality. They can customize for turn signals, etc.

There are other sources for original wiring harnesses but YnZ is local to me and I've seen their facility and it is impressive. JMO

I’ll ditto the recommendation for Chuck’s Trucks. I think you’ll find that the 1942 to 1947 era isn’t as well covered for reproduction parts when compared to the later era trucks. Dennis Carpenter also has a catalog for the era. Stu

X2 on Joe's Antique Auto in Uxbridge, MA He is my go to source for parts for my '39 p/u. I also used him a lot when I had my '40 1 1/2 ton cab and chassis.

I have a 46 murc 1-1/2 ton truck ( made by ford) complete wiring harness that I meticulously removed from my truck. I think only one front signal wire was cut. I'm in Canada. If your interested in it you can contact (text) me 905 396 4658. I also have other parts. Let me know what you might need.
