Flashing Center Stack Radio Screen
Anyone else have their center stack screen flash on and off when the cab is hot? I have had it multiple times. The first time was the day after I bought it and the truck was sitting facing the sun, on a sunny 75 degree day in late Sept. The longer I drove and the cooler the cab became the longer the time between it going on and off. Had it happen again twice since, cranked the heat to warm up on the way back from fishing, was cloudy and in the 40's, but I had the cab nice and toasty. Did the same as before, flashed on and off and the time between was longer as the cab cooled down, radio continued to play. 2023 F250 Lariat CCSB.

Hmmm that sounds like something internal to the headset/screen. Being its new and under warranty I would take it in. There is an outside chance of a loose connection, one of the plugs, but if it is temperature specific it’s probably internal.

THere is a recall that addresses this issue and also the cluster going black potentially. I never had that issue but did have the recall and its been fine, Recall affects all trucks made from November 2022-May 2023.

Believe mine has a Aug 2023 build date, but wouldn't be the first time they have had to extend a recall or TSB. Hesitant to get my scheduled until our Expedition gets straightened out (starting leaking trans fluid at 29k).
