Reason: wasn't worded correctly
With the engine stopped and ignition on, I would watch the throttle position with a good scanner or TorqueOBD2 as I slowly pressed the accelerator pedal down and up and see if the telemetry looks sane or not. I bet it will not look sane. If this is the case, replace the TPS and see what happens. We'll also need to know more about your vehicle to help with troubleshooting, such as what engine it has, transmission too, and how many miles it has on it.

Thank you very much for the reply, i did replace the both the TPS and IAC valve, i got to thinking about a mouse having fun chewing wires, i found several wires chewed on the driver side inner fender, repaired all them and still had issues, i searched more and found a white and green wire chewed at the main engine harness on the left front of the engine, repaired both and wa laa!! my issues are now gone!! Thanks everyone, I hope this may help someone else!

Glad to hear when a problem is resolved, even if the resolution wasn't what we expected to see.
