For those who have the lay flat seats any pros or cons? Are they the same seats as the standard non lay flat seats. Just as comfortable? I do travel overnight often and considering this option.
Thanks
I will let you know in two weeks when I pick up my 2024 F450 Lariat Ultimate. I optioned the lay-flat seats because it was a cheap option and I think they look a little higher end than the regular seats. It also gives me the option for lay flat in case I need it on a road trip. I believe the seat bottom cushions are the same on both seat versions, the only change is the upper half.
I played around in a 2024 F350 Lariat Ultimate that had regular seats. I found them to be quite comfy.
I have lay flat seats in my 24 F350 Limited and they are very comfortable. I'm coming from a 2017 Platinum and the 2024 seats are much more comfortable. I haven't laid them back all thew way yet, so can't provide any input on them in the laid back position. I'm about 1k miles in and so far the 24 seats are great. They were very firm initially, but seem to be settling in nicely.
I have the max recline seats in my '23 King ranch. I laid them down just to see what they looked like, and they felt fine, but no long term rest break on them. The seats are comfy.
