2002 F650 Blinker Issue

2002 F650 Blinker Issue
Blinkers stopped working totally randomly. NONE of the blinkers work. Dash lights don't come on when switching either. Hazard lights DO come on. Bright beams also don't come on when you push the lever forward for them. What I've checked and done...
1. Checked all fuses in both the box under the steering wheel and the one just inside the engine bay. Checked them with a multimeter also to make sure they worked right and they all did.
2. Replaced the flasher relay.
3. Tried a new blinker/multi function switch. Didn't change a single thing so took it back. Tried it both with the key on and off and as long as the flasher relay was installed the hazard lights worked but the blinkers never did.
4. Put a hot lead into one of the parts where the flasher relay went using a separate battery and the lights on the dash lit up solid and the blinker lights were solid.
Totally baffled here. Any ideas? Anybody have a wiring diagram for this truck as I've had a hard time finding one for the F650 that year?

We got it in July from a guy that got it from a city auction and drove it home across the country and never used it for his landscape business so he sold it to us so not a lot is known about it and we've been working through any issues it had.

Perhaps a ground somewhere?
