Power Window Delay
This is an 08 450 but I'm thinking the window system is the same. Anyhow, I have two power windows. They work fine when driving. However, when I first start the engine or turn the ignition on, there is a 12 second delay before they work. Is this a relay issue or what? Thanks.

2014 Super duty does it too.
