Harmonic Balancer question for a 302

I have a 1970 F100 with 302 and C4. Everything is original on the truck. I want to replace the Harmonic Balancer as the rubber looks old and the belt pulley is wobbly when engine is running.
I have the old Balancer out and I bought a new one from NAPA (NOE 6005226) which is really a Dorman 594-023. The new one looks different from the old, but supposedly is the right one.

From what I understand all the Balancers are 28oz imbalance up to 1981. The new one looks thicker and feels like it's a bit heavier. They are both 4 bolt. Can someone tell me if the new one is the right one (they tell me it is also a 28oz).
I attached pics of the old and new.

If you look at the first picture where the weight is on the old & new other than the size, old larger in 1 area, new spread out but same place I would say they are the same.

Now as for your pulley wobble the balancer will not fix that.
Now ask why as it is bolted to the balancer?
Did you look to see where it is bolted to on the balancer?
It is bolted to the center that fits on the crank and the only way the balancer can wobble is if it were bent or the crank and I can not see either of then being bent.

Once you get the balancer replaced bolt the pulley back on but nothing else and start the motor and check the pulley.
Still wobble them bad pulley but you can also look at the balancer if it is wobbling showing a bent crank but again I CAN NOT see that.

Was the front seal leaking oil? If not then again I can see the crank being bent.
Just my .02

The two styles are interchangeable. The older style from your 70 has the imbalance weight in the inner hub while the later style replacement has it on the outer ring. It still performs the same.
