Just received my 23 F250 Lariat 7.3, had it shipped from Texas to Alaska. Currently on a work trip so I have only seen the truck for half of a day so far.
I noticed that the keyless door handles are not working on either side, both lock and unlock do not work. Thumbed through all of the settings and cannot find anything for keyless settings. I have programmed custom entry code on the keypad, so that portion works, as well as key detection when I approach the truck perimeter lighting turns on.
checked truck software for updates, and it tells me that no updates are available, but does not show what version I am currently running.
key fobs work for all functions, as well as Ford pass app.
is it possible that my truck does not have this feature? I assumed being a lariat trim with push button start that it would be part of the package. The doorhandles definitely have the little tab to touch for locking.
curious if others have seen this and what they did to resolve. No Ford dealers where I live, small remote island community. Thanks!
My 07/2023 Lariat keyless entry has stopped working 3 different times. Not sure why but for what ever reason it just stops. Later that day or the next day it will work fine. I did get an error message once in the app that the battery voltage was low and some features would be disabled.

I did have the same error message in the app, which I assume was from the truck sitting. I purchased it early November and it sat pretty much until about 10 days ago, when it was loaded onto the transport truck so usage was very minimal.
Perhaps I'll drive it for a few days and then pull the battery cable to try a reset. Next step is to replace batteries in fobs, but I suspect they are fine as all fob features seem to work fine and the truck detects the fobs and turns on perimeter lighting as I approach. I even tried to test the handles without a cell phone near me, as some have said that can interfere.
