I ordered the boxlink tie down hooks from the Ford parts store for my 2024 F350 Long bed but the hooks (part number HL3Z99000A64A) do not fit. My truck came with the brackets mounted in the bed. I ordered ones that listed for my truck but they fit a different mounting bracket. The brackets in my bed are pictured. Any recommendations?
I haven't seen that design but I would have expected the truck to include the box link tie downs. I was under the impression that if the plates are factory installed in the bed then they include tie downs (often times under the rear seat).

I did not include the hooks in my build - thought I would get for all the rewards points from the new vehicle purchase.
My 24 Lariat Ultimate has the same plates. No tie downs in the truck. Dealer told me that they forgot to include box link option on my build sheet so no hooks. Sounds like bull**** to me.
But I am in the same boat as the OP. Where do I get hooks to fit the new plate style?
My 2023 Lariat Ultimate came with them, but the older style.
When you look for them on the Ford accessory site, it cuts off at 2023, but as far as I could tell, other than the link I posted above, it does not show the new style.
Must be the guy responsible for all the bellhousing designs....

The only solution I can think of is replace the plates. Not sure the screw holes are the same but might be the only solution.
I looked at the 2023 and 2024 order guides. 2023 Order Guide lists XLT and up include Box Link with 4 premium locking cleats. 2024 Order Guide list only 4 additional bed tie down points with no reference to Box Link. Looks like we was robbed…
