Regional ford rep.
Good afternoon. I'm in MD and can't seem to get the information I'm looking for through the dealers. I have a 21 expedition that's shifts extremely erratically from 4th to 8th. I've had it in the shop 6 times and they have only replaced a single shift solenoid. I have been a ford truck owner for years and I know that ford has regional representatives or something like that. Does anyone know what to call to speak with these people? Thanks for looking.
