That's just a snubber for the upper overloads. With that grease there I'm skeptical it's squeaking.
If you really wanted to replace it I honestly don't know if just the rubber is available. Looks like the bracket is riveted, so maybe.
I'd keep searching, though. Spring eyes, shackles, shock bushings. Maybe even e-brake cables.
I guess if you wanna experiment, jack up the frame to unweight the suspension enough to cram a thick folded rag or something else in there. Do a short test drive. If the squeak remains, it's something else.
edit: apologies you said the grease quieted it. Long night. If you do find a part # for just the rubber, let us know. You might be able to swap the rubber side to side -- I can't tell?
