Question Suspension Upgrades

I have a 93 F-150 LWB. It's approaching 190K. Suspensions still seems fine but, I use it as a work truck. I'm starting to notice more slop under load. I know this truck can make another 190K, but it's going to need a "pick-me-up". I guess I'd like to get as close to having a 3/4 ton in a 1/2 ton as you can. Any suggestions to beef up the suspension are appreciated.

New poly bushings should get rid of the sloppyness and play. New heavy duty coils from your local NAPA type spot should work. You can get 3/4 ton leafs for the back. I 'm not totally sure, but f250 leafs might work. The new springs and bushings should restore the suspension to like new condition. Also check steering components and ball joints for wear.

i agree with natewoz, but on the rear just add a leaf to the springs and that will bring you close to the 250 suspension
