Looking for pics of a Ford F series, back to back, 2 standard cabs welded together, that formed a double cab with 2 front ends. There used to be 1 running around the Lewistown, Pa. area in the 1980's. Anyone have any pics of anything like that, that you could share? I can't seem to find any pics of anything like it on the internet.

Never heard of such ... wonder what purpose would it be for?
The truck looked the same from the front or back. With the headlights in the rear cab replaced with red school bus stop light lens. I was told that the rear hood was boxed inside into a trunk space. Passengers in the rear cab faced rearward. It was a driver. But was done, I was told, for shows. I'm hoping someone has pictures of it or of another like it.
Yes nutter3,. Built like that, with no bed, but with the f series cab like 73 explorer's pic. I never took any pics, but I thought someone would have posted some somewhere. I haven't been able to find any.
The one I remember only drove from one cab. The other was passenger compartment. I don't remember, but I don't think that there was any cab backs left in. I think the inside was open with the drivers bench back to back with the passenger bench. Nutter3 what search did you use to connect with the pic. you found?
