Has anyone found/know of a supplier that has or reproduces the factory applied graphics?
Deer and I wanted same space, got both doors and fender extension,
If they laughed at you they are probably after market. Perhaps a deal was made with a local vinyl sign company. Any sign company could make something like that up.

X2
Have you seen any other trucks with that on it?
I have not so that tells me not factory. Dealers do things like that to 'dress them up" to sell or the plain janes just sit on the lot.
Good luck and let us know how you make out.

worked as an outside contractor at Ford Assembly plants, Rangers and Kentucky Truck , 80's 90's . Every so often there would be a truck come by with gaudy pin-striping such as mine. So IMO they are factory.

So you should be able to fing them listed in the master parts book but think you said they are not listed.
Could it have been a 1 or 2 off that the factory was "testing the waters" and had an outside Co. come in house to do it?
BTW I worked in a dealer ship body shop in the late 70's and then in in a shop dad and I owned so I have seen a thing or 2.
Just my .02
