When moving stuff from the old shed to the new garage, I found these reflectors. I don’t think they were ever installed because there are no scratches at the screw holes. Still not sure if they’re glass or plastic. My father-in-law probably bought them to put on the posts at the end of the driveway. I’ll use them on my Ford script bed.
Interesting. My 51 ford script bed has holes on each side of tailgate for reflectors I guess. Theyre 4.5" center to center and I haven't been able to find anything that pattern. I believe these are Yankees!
I would think on the back of the flatbed would be a good spot..
That's what I was thinking.
There were a lot of little holes on the Ford script bed I fixed up last year. I closed them all up.
Had I kept the truck I was going to fasten beehive lights under the bed on the corners. I believe State regs require them on flatbeds. I never had time to put them on.
My truck had reflectors. The frames were pretty far gone, so I reluctantly replaced them with some cheap-o modern ones. Searching around on-line, it seems like military trucks like mine have reflectors, but I wasn't able to find out anything definite about that.
Neat old pieces. I have a small collection, including double faces arrow turn signals, glass lens clearance lights, and glass lens bedside marker lights. Would like to find some old reflectors.
