Have a 62 F100 uni switching to 302 with AOD what radiator anyone has been using. I have a brand-new radiator core support so would like a rad that will fit bolt holes. Someone said that up to a 78 would swap out> Going to go with electric fans if it works.Putting in new transdapt motor cross member and same tranny adapter only have to position get the 3degree on motor but looks like I have to order the 3 inch drop for the AOD.
I’ve read good things about Champion Radiators. That’s my plan, unless I read of a better option. Btw, my truck will be running a 5.0 and 5 speed, very similar.
I wouldn't mind a 5 speed but seems they mount so far back theres always a problam with seat
With the 302, check out the M5od transmission, it’s what I’m running (shameless plug, but check out my build 66 f100 Rustomod here). The T5 with an S10 tail shaft moves the shifter 5” or so forward. Check it out.
