Not without some work. The track for the Explorer is about 6 inches less than the F150. Therefore, you would have to cut the axles, at the very least. The rear track on the newer, (2006 through 2011, (I think), was only about 1/2 an inch wider and may be a better choice. The 4.6 V-8 was available with them too. Not without narrowing the F-150 axle, doing a bunch of frame, body, and interior work to make room for a solid axle, and lots of rear suspension modifications. The 2003 Explorer is independent rear suspension and the F-150 is solid axle rear suspension.
