General question

So I was looking at trying to figure out how to remove my door panels on my 77 f250 and I noticed I have door speakers in the door so I looked for a wire didn’t see anything nor did I see a hole for a wire so my question is did they just put speakers in at factory just because? lol

also does anyone know how to get the door panels off?

You actually see a speaker, or the place where one would go? All door panels have a speaker opening/ slots. With or WITHOUT speakers they are present. As for getting the panels off they have a tool for it...like So:
Amazon.com: DUXAA Auto Trim Removal Tool Kit,5 Pcs Car Panel Door Window Tools Kit,Auto Clip Fastener Remover Pry Tool Set : Automotive Amazon.com: DUXAA Auto Trim Removal Tool Kit,5 Pcs Car Panel Door Window Tools Kit,Auto Clip Fastener Remover Pry Tool Set : Automotive

I use the steel forked type where the tabs are located. There's some pictures floating around on here about the locations. Do a quick search!

All door panels have the speaker grilles. speakers were only installed if you had a radio upgrade option requiring door speakers,

To get the panels off remove the handles and the door cup in the armrest. .then there are plastic clips around the panel parameter that may or may not pop out without a fight. a proper tool will help and be careful if you plan to keep your old panels, they can get pretty brittle.

1. Go buy a door panel tool V notch pry bar or the pliers from Harbor Freight. https://www.harborfreight.com/panel-...ers-63699.html
2. Remove the two phillips screws in the door panel finger cup. Remove the screws and the finger cup.
Order a set of metal finger cups for later. https://www.lmctruck.com/1973-79-for...handle-cup-set
3. Use a #3 phillips screwdriver and remove the one screw holding the interior door opening handle.
4. Use a #2 phillips and remove the one screw holding the window crank handle in place. Do not loose the plastic washer/disk.
Start on the bottom of the door, using the tool and there is (either metal or newer X mas tree looking push pin), one each lower corner and one on the bottom middle. Then one on each middle on the outer edges. And 3 across the top.

When it comes off do not loose the rubber gasket where the opening handle is. And do not drop the large spring behind the panel where the window crank is. What the metal ones look like below. Do NOT just pull on the panel, the mount tabs break EASY.

What to use come reinstall time. IMO the GM ones are longer and have a bigger head. ='s BETTER.

The tab placement below. All have the speaker grill, not all have the speaker. It mounts in the door.

Congrats on the successful and none breakage removal. So are you installing door speakers? If so look at getting some 1/2 cup/bowl shaped "speaker covers" used on the inside of the door, to go over the top of the speaker to protect them from rain water getting past your anti rattle strips.

Also before you install the door panels, Dremel notch them to get them to fit tighter. Take the soft arm rest off (2 phillips screws) and soft set (NO push trees and just hold is on there) to get a idea on where to notch them. The notches will be covered by the arm rest when reinstalled. The notches let the door panel fight tighter and clear to 2 bolts heads.

Appreciate the advice! And yes I will do speakers in the door but I have new weather molding all around the windows shouldn’t be a issue but where are the anti rattle strips at?

#21456 is the outer anti rattle strip (not sure it that is its actual name , that is what I call it). And it is what helps keep the rain out the inside of the door. New seals or not, rain can get in, that is why the door has drain slits at the bottom.
