2005 Excursion 6.0

The fuel sender on my Excursion has quit working. Replacement is sender and fuel pump combination.
Does anyone know where I might find one? Just the sender would be fine as well.

At the price to put a new sender and stuff in look into the the kit that puts a filter inline and pulls from the bottom of the tank. I am looking into for my truck as I really need to drop my tank and clean it up most likely.

If your Excursion is a 6.0 or 7.3, Riffraff Diesel sells a kit that is MUCH cheaper AND better built.

https://www.riffraffdiesel.com/riffr...e-fuel-pickup/

I myself recommend these as opposed to the parts store brands and even the Ford dealer. The only thing you have to do is plumb in a pre pump 30 micron filter setup if you have a 7.3 Excursion. With a 6.0 Excursion you can plumb in the same or a screen filter setup to catch whatever sediment that sometimes ends up in your tank.

It's well worth the time and effort, it's saved me from dropping the tank a few times and my truck now gets cleaner fuel.

that is an Exorbitant price for a simple piece of pipe.

I put a Sump on instead and got rid of that problem.

This is also a good option, I just hate how exposed the fuel line is. You can make it so it fits in the skid plate with some work.
