Looking at flathead motor

Dealing with a supposed 51 or 52 239 and it has H8013 stamped on it as far as I can make out. Can you tell me the meaning of this?

Where is that stamped? Is it really stamped, or is it cast in? At any rate it doesn't mean anything I can think of.

No idea where it is stamped but it appears to be raised letters. The pic sent just show the stamp and nothing around it to judge where it is

So it's cast in, not stamped. 8000-series parts numbers are generally cooling system related, nothing 8013 in my parts book.

It the characters are raised it's likely the casting number that is sometimes found on the bell housing flange at the rear of the block. If so, it doesn't have any meaning.
Tear it apart and you might find some subtle differences, but nothing that matters much.
Only important question is, does it run and hold coolant.
