Hard pass. Lots of problems with burned out LEDs, fading plastic lens, electrical issues, customer service, etc even on recent stuff, not just for fords but on other brands stuff too.

sounds like I’d be better off with LED bulbs in my halogen housings then I guess

I come from the Ram community years ago and can confirm they had all sorts of issues on Rams also.I actually really liked the xb’s for the older body style when I had one but there was just too many complaints about issues.
For the price they should be better but they seem like they’re just your typical Chinese products that they’ve done some branding on as some sort of high end product.

+1 I did a Morimoto halogen to HID retrofit on my last truck and without fail, had to replace something every 3 months. Ballast, bulbs, wiring, etc.
Got real good at tearing that thing down and putting it back together and driving in the dark with only 1 headlight.
I have no idea how their reputation can be so good when their quality was that bad.

They have a superb online PR presence with their owned or affiliated vendors doing pumps for them. None of them ever do a long term review of course, but they do a half-decentjob when new but can't escape the fact that it's all made in China with sketchily sourced material. That stuff may be fine for minor parts that don't see too much stress but the quality standards for automotive OEM forlens, the computerized circuits and LED drivers are no joke.
It doesn't hurt that their nearest aftermarket peers are universally awful, so it's a low bar to clear.
no, they paid the return shipping and refunded my original purchase price. They didn't even give me a hard time about it, it was like they knew they were selling junk.

oh, ha ha! I picked up the lights from another forum member who wanted black ones. I got a good deal on them and then I just had to buy the adapter harness so all in all it wasn't too bad.
