Question for who ordered this fall

My sales gal is the owners daughter. Very quiet and reserved. Definitely doesn't pressure you but also lacks some will to try to sell you. The whole dealership is low key. Family owned for 75 yrs. Even the web site doesn't have those annoying pop ups trying to chat or full of banners at your face. No pesky calls afterwords. And never cared about me doing my own oil changes and maintence work or asking to prove I did it.
What do dealers use as a guide for tradein? KBB? if so what level or value Low tradein? I would think what they have on the lot matters too. It might help to know if I'm getting shafted or not.
