Depending on the type of tires they are depends on pressure.
Usually the maximum tire pressure is for maximum load. If you are not hauling anything in the bed you should be able to run them at 32 to 35 psi. I run my 15" 31x10.5 at 32 psi at a maximum tire pressure rating of 45 psi

I run my tires at ~50 psi their rated max. Remember that this was the actual problem with the firestone tires that were blowing on the explorers. Ford was recommending 25-30 psi on tires rated for 40, under-inflation can cause them to explode.
