There is a way. You must be electrically inclined, have a schematic (the easy part), buy some switches and stuff and have about 2 hours.

just find out which wires from the fuse block go to the interior lights you wish to turn off when the doors are open and put a switch in there, not sure if thats what the other intructiosn were but if you could see which wires went were from the fuse block itd be hella easy
