'56 horns
My '56 Panel has three horns. One on each side of the radiator support and one on the bottom side of the sheetmetal pan in front of the radiator. I suspect the third one is an add-on. Would the factory horns have been on the sides of the radiator support?

I don't know about the '56, but on the '53 and '54, a standard model would have a single horn, also bolted to the radiator support. A "Deluxe" cab, later a "Custom" cab, would have dual horns.
