I have a 2011 f250 6.2 had to change the bushing on the transmission side of the shift cable ots now shifting through the gears fine but when I go to start everything lights up but won't turn over also just bought a new battery any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'd suspect the neutral safety switch

 

Is there a way to test or bypass it also do you know the location

Some position will allow continuity if it's just misadjusted.

You can try D or R but be ready to shut it off immediately and be standing on the brake

You say you replaced a shifter bushing and now it doesn't start, so I'm just shooting for the obvious first

 

Yes will not turn over in any gear or neutral and yes just changed the bushing that connects the cable to the transmission
