Rodent ate a speed sensor wire. Help
Wasnt on my new 2023 truck but my nissan car. THey are parked side by side so I'm hoping to prevent such an event on My 2023 F350. I live out in the country so It doesn't surprise me but its 600.00 for the part on the car so hoping I can find some prevention here. Aparently outside cats are useless so thats off the table. Thanks a lot folks!

If you park under cover leave the hood open. Rodents don't like open areas.

Drive it more. They don't particularly care for things that move around.

Yea Big Beauty F350 won't fit in my garage. LOL

The Car is my daily driver, thats why I was a little surprised. Drove it to work Friday and it only sat until Monday morning, they made quick work of it. LOL

You could try peppermint oil, I never tried it on a vehicle, it works well in my camper though.
Maybe squirt some everywhere they might climb up, I know it doesn't last too long and it might just be a waste of money on a daily driver.

I ended up ordering two battery operated little boxes that deter rodents by sound and light. Hopefully this will work!
