I just broke my 4th ebrake ratchet for my 2001 F250 SD 7.3L

This time the ratchet and cable broke.

The system is poorly designed... it broke after only two months of all new parts... so I was very careful and operated gingerly... no snapping back of the ratchet... let it come back slowly with my foot on it. no overly hard pushing down on it.

Sooooo does anyone have a recommendation for an aftermarket driveline or transmission lock. I am ready to give up on Ford's ebrake.
