I've always worked with Randy's Ring and Pinion (now Randy's Worldwide) in Everett, WA but they are just one town over from me so no shipping and I can bring my vehicle to them if needed. I haven't looked much beyond them so there may be others closer to you. With a Dana 60 to go from 4.56 to 4.10 or lower usually requires a carrier change as well as a gear change. If you were at 4.10 then you can go lower numerical while using the same carrier.
