The OEM alloy wheels not available new as far as I'm aware. I bought a set used. The wheel itself is the same 2x4 and 4x4, the center caps are the difference (and they're removable).
Some may not ship to Canada, and you will need a USA address to order from them. Depending where you are, there are businesses in the States, usually at border towns that accommodate a US shipping address. Then have them brought into Canada via a customs broker - If going that route, I highly recommend using a broker, its not expensive and can get complicated (entry paperwork) at the Cdn border now.
If you find a Canadian supplier, post it up will you.
I'm sure there are other sellers like these online. Or the expensive route - Ebay.
There were TWO different 15" factory F-150 Alcoa wheels - regular and deep. My buddy's truck had the wider/deeper 15" Alcoa wheels on his '94 F150XLT RWD.
Note the 92/93 upgrade rims are also forged with the pseudo rivets around the perimeter. Many believe them to be not, but they are also. Perhaps you can snag them for a better deal?
