5x5.5 SUCKS!!

SO i own a 1995 f150 and im reallt starting to have 5x5.5, i have found several sets of wheels in the bolt pattern and size i want (the set in the picture below) but the hub bore on the rims is 78.1 and the hbu on my truck is 87.1. Would it be a bad?unsafe idea for me to have someone bore out the centers or the wheels?

Wheel choice does suck for 5.5" BP. I converted my 95 Lightning to 4.5" BP. Drilled rotors and turned down the outer dia of the hub.
