I need help on figuring out where this oil is coming from it’s leaking bad and it drains out all the oil quickly
if you guys need any more pictures I’ll be glad to take some
I’m sorry but your description isn’t very clear.
Where in the photos is this oil located?
Engine oil or from the power steering pump?
What is meant by “leaking out all the oil”?
If it’s engine oil, HPOP lines or fittings is most likely the source.
If power steering lines, the line can rub a hole at the shock tower.
If it’s leaking that quickly it should be an easy find. Have someone crank the engine while you watch.

I’ve had to stop using the truck because it leakes too much oil I do know that the power steering is bad but the engine is leaking lots of oil and I’m not sure from where I’ve fixed the power steering but still trying to figure out from where the engine is leaking
Some common places for oil leaks are the oil dipstick flange on the oil pan. If that's the leak do not monkey with it until you research how to fix it. Or several places on top of the engine can leak, get a flashlight and look down into the valley for a pool of oil. Oil there will often drip out thru a drain hole at the back of the valley, then drip down the back of the engine and look like a rear main seal leak. On passenger side base of the turbo there is a fuel line that can rub thru at the support clamp. That leaks diesel but usually looks like oil since it picks up a lot of grunge.
Another spot is the oil cooler on the driver side of the engine. Look up thru the wheel well.
I did not see any oil in the pics, just some water like it was recently washed, or dew. Might have a small split in one of the CAC boots tho.

it’s definitely oil since the engine literally has non in I’ve checked the dipstick and it marks non and the whole engine is covered in oil that’s why it’s black but thanks for the advice I’ll check and come back see if it’s any of those things you mentioned

there are only so many "high volume" locations for leaks. IE places that will drain you quick. HPOP lines, oil cooler, and oil dipstick adapter are three of the biggies. but I have only one question... the biggest one goes through quarts in under 30 minutes, does not spray anywhere, and escapes everyone's notice as a result.... Ding ding ding Survey says, "what does your fuel filter look like?" is it black like engine oil? if so injector orings need replacing and if you are driving while it happens you would never know. as engine oil is just another fuel for the 7.3....
