ok and P1119 is an issue with your manifold air temp sensor.
P0340 is an issue with your CPS or CPS wiring.
P0470 is an exhaust backpressure issue.
P1210 is a stuck IPS or IPR pigtail wiring issue.
P1139 is water in fuel bowl.
I suggest you check your wiring to each as far as you can in to the harness because due to the age we keep seeing wiring issues.

sorry if this is stupid but why is there no wait to start I have power running to the pcm and the pcm is good all the fuses are good the diode is good and relays but still not wait to start
