1997 Powerstroke

Have 1997 F350 that we replaced u joints after taking to car wash speedometer doesnt work and transmission wont shift. We replaced VSS but still doesnt work. Also checked #8 & #18 fuses and they are fine. Any ideas?

possibly but I cannot find any blown fuses

the connecter full of water wont always blow fuses but can make the TC unlock and do weird shifts if the system detects brake to Gnd
