My 2022 F-350 wit the 6.7 seems to be stuck in regen all of the time while towing a 12,000 toy hauler. The particulate filter always stays at 0% while towing on a recent 400 mile trip. I filled my DEF tank up full to the top and after driving 20 miles, the gauge says my range is 1,600 miles which makes me think something is wrong.

I filled my DPF tank up full to the top and after driving 20 miles, the gauge says my range is 1,600 miles which makes me think something is wrong.
Well, you do not have a DPF tank.
You should have a DEF tank.
And, DEF has ZERO to do with the DPF or regenerations, they are two separate systems.
And, your truck will be performing "passive" regeneration while towing, as the exhaust temps generated while towing are usually high enough to accomplish the DPF soot burn off without any active regeneration.
So, I would not worry about what you are seeing.
Passive regens are usually happening with EGTs over 650*F+, I'd suspect any towing of a 12k trailer is going to fit that bill day-in, day-out. My Insight CTS3 shows the info I need.
For what it's worth, when driving unloaded I average about 1000 MPG on the DEF. so 7.5 gallon tank I am filling about every 7000 miles, or I was when I was going on distance. These days when the gauge show 1/3 of a tank I add 2.5 gallons to bring it up to 2/3. I never fill it to full anymore. I don't drive the truck a lot in the winter and had constant concerns about a frozen and busted tank one winter so I leave room for expansion now.
For my 2023 it can be found on the measurements screen, which may not be defaulted from the factory. When on the measurements screen press OK on the steering wheel to scroll through the 3 measurement screens, The DPF and DEF are on the third one. To get to it select "Menu", then "Select Screens" and select the measurements screen. You may need to deselect one of the other screens as the number that can be scrolled is limited. I am not sure if your model year is similar.
