Do you have the standard size tires on there? Otherwise, could be a CV joint or the differential. I think CV joints usually make a clicking noise when they're failing, but might be something to look at. Also, I saw another thread you might want to look at:
Yea, I have a slight moaning sound which I believe is typical in a tight, slow turn. It sounds like it may be coming thru the transfer case and not the wheels.
