I am looking for part 5C3Z-3B095-BA. It is the radius arm bracket for the driver side radius arm. No one has a factory part. I am looking to try and find an aftermarket bracket. Does anyone have an idea or lead?
2006 F250 sd crew cab 4x4 6.0. Thank you
I know I'm resurrecting an old thread, but it's applicable --
The radius arm bracket on the driver side of my 2006 F350 CC SRW 4x4 has rotted through, passenger isn't far behind.
Replacement seems straight forward, but I can't find the part for sale.
5C3Z-3B095-BA is the radius arm bracket service kit for 2004-2007 driver's side -- can't find it anywhere.
I have called a few local salvage yards, but they either won't sell "frames" or they just don't have a clue. We don't have any pull it yourself yards around here anymore, and it might be a PITA to do anyway due to suspension loading and the fact that you pull it places I used to frequent didn't allow grinders.
When I search I keep finding a part listed as 2008-2017 on US part sites, but I've seen it also listed as 2004-2017 on Canadian sites. Visually they appear similar, but a few possible differences in mounting holes from what I can see.
Did the later year bracket supersede the earlier one?
Also, is this one of those hopeless repairs where it's never worth it?
Did you end up finding a solution? I am looking for this as well on a 2007 f250 2wd, XL. The part itself is discontinued - aside from getting it welded or fabricated at a shop there seems to be no option. I am inclined to purchase the 2008 and up part as they look similar. I am well aware this part does not "fit" but i'd really like to confirm that to be the case by someone who has tried and failed. The parts do not look that much similar and I am sure the chasis itself didnt change enough to warrant a whole new design. Could be wrong of course.

It was a very close, but not exact fit. Looking at the effort to swap -- and the risk of immobile F350 in my driveway if the new one was a no-go -- I decided not to try it.
My 06 was so crusty that after some thought I decided it was best to cut my losses -- I sold it w/ full disclosure about the issues.

they should fit the same, I’ve put 16 axles under my 05 and they fit the exact same.
