I have a 04 6.0 powerstroke diesel when I was driving home from work one night it just shut off completely. Before that it was acting like it was hesitating to get up and go. I put a new fuel pump on there. The Ficm is reading 48 volts. Brand new icp and irp valve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
I would suggest posting this in the 6.0 forums to get more and better answers (further down the list on the main forums page).
But I notice several of those are fuel-related, did you replace your ICP, IPR, and any other sensors with genuine Motorcraft parts? For whatever reason, the aftermarket ones don't read/react well enough for these trucks.
I see a LOT of 'xxx too high' which is a problem, kind of leads me to believe you've got a short or something in the system. Are your wiring harnesses in good shape?
EGR codes are possibly a stuck EGR valve unless you've got it deleted, then it just wasn't deleted properly.
The 'Keep Alive Memory' one can be ignored, from what I understand the only way to fix it is either to crack open your PCM and replace the internal battery, OR replace the PCM.
Yeah these motors really only like Motorcraft electrical components like sensors. For whatever reason they are hit or miss with the aftermarket parts. I had an ICP put in one of my trucks that wasn't Motorcraft, it would function okay on a stock tune but if I tried to put any tune in it at all I'd get a CEL. Swapped for a Motorcraft and the issue went away.
Not saying it is 100% your problem, since it looks like you've got a LOT of issues going on, but it likely isn't helping you.
