Shaking and pulsing when braking
I have a 05 f350 single rear wheel with the 6.0. Shakes bad and brake pedal pulsates as soon as I touch the brake pedal at any speed with any amount of pressure on the pedal. All new pads and rotors even exchanged them thinking I had a bad batch. Any info would be appreciated

Have you checked your front unit bearings, tie rod ends, track bar? Usually, shaking and pulsing comes from warped rotors, but if you've replaced them twice with no change, then I would look at worn front end components next.

Agree with all of the above, check all front suspension components for wear/play, replace anything that's bad, make sure you tightened everything down and that your slide pins on the calipers are moving freely, bleed the brakes pretty good, then install the wheels and take it for a drive. Something in there should take care of the issue. If not then it's the tires, but if it wasn't doing this before your brake job then chances are you got something installed wrong.
Make sure you removed the old 'shims' for the ends of the pads and replaced with new ones, and that you used a high-quality synthetic brake grease too.
