If you are looking for info on how to disassemble the door, here it is. https://www.fordification.com/tech/doors01.htm. I installed new one in my 72 f250. Once the glass is removed, you can pry the old one out with a screw driver, carefully. Then the new ones will snap in.
I got mine from Dennis Carpenter, The felt comes with the channel. It has been years ago, but I think there were a few pop rivets involved although that might have been in the vent window seal. Anyway, it wasn't hard to do.
are you talking about the felt channel the window seals against around the sides and top or the scrubbers? i've done both without removing the glass, but on the scrubber side, that's out of pure laziness and they easily get bent up and look horrible.... on the felt around that channel, i just opened the door card and pried all the old dried crap out with a screw driver and worked the new ones in after covering the rubber side with windex. worked perfectly
